The Fulton West is designed for groups of 10–75 people, with 3,000 square feet of flexible event space including indoor and outdoor areas.

What types of events can I host at The Fulton West?

Accepted Answer

Our space is a true blank canvas for weddings, private parties, bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, corporate meetings, art exhibitions, film productions, and more.

Question 3

Is the venue pet-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pets are welcome for the full length of your event, but they cannot be left unattended. Please pick up after them, pet restroom mats are not allowed indoors.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Fulton West offers ground-floor access, ramps, and accessible restrooms to ensure all guests are comfortable.

Question 5

Am I able to bring in my own food or catering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We highly recommend working with a full-service catering company, but you are welcome to bring in your own caterer. Caterers can provide setup, service, bar management, and cleanup. A preferred vendor list is also available.

Question 6

Can I provide my own liquor or BYOB?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may bring in your own alcohol to build your bar. A host liquor liability insurance certificate naming The Fulton West as additionally insured, or proof of liquor license from an insured caterer, is required.

Question 7

Will the venue manager be present the day of my event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A venue manager will be on-site during setup, the event, and teardown. They ensure facilities are clean and policies are followed. Please note that the venue manager is not a setup staff member. We recommend hiring a full-service caterer, event planner, or our day-of coordinator package for assistance.

Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every rental includes tables, chairs, bar setups, and standard linens. The full furniture inventory is listed on our Amenities page.

Question 9

Do you offer parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Two reserved parking spaces are available for the event host. Free street parking is also available along Western Avenue and Fulton Street.
