Every rental includes exclusive use of the venue for a six-hour block (with the ability to add on more time), tables, chairs and standard linens, a projector, a speaker and microphone, Bluetooth speaker connection, Wi-Fi, patio lighting, two reserved parking spaces for the host and an on-site venue manager.
Bring your own caterer, baker and bartender. BYOB welcome.
If you self-cater or use drop-off catering, you handle trash removal and tidying before you leave.
