Is the venue pet-friendly?
We love fur babies! Yes, your pets are allowed in the venue for the full length of the event. Pets cannot be left unattended. Please be sure to pick up after them. Pet restroom mats are not allowed indoors.
Will the venue manager be there the day of my event?
The Fulton West venue manager will be on-site during set up, event time through event strike. The venue manager is on-site to help maintain the general facilities, ensure the space is clean and comfortable and that policies are being adhered to.
Our venue managers are not set up staff. Client is responsible for all of their own set up, clean up and strike. We highly recommend a full service caterer, event planner and/or hired staff to help with set up, tear down and event management.
We do offer a day-of coordinator (for hire) at an additional cost to help with event assistance from decor set up to vendor management. You may also find our list of preferred vendors HERE.
Am I able to bring in my own food or catering?
We highly suggest a full-service catering company. They are able to provide set up, event support, clean up services, bar services, food, and all required accompanying event elements.

Can I provide my own liquor beverages / BYOB?
You are welcome to bring in your own liquor beverages to build your own beverage bar! We do require a Host Liquor Liability COI naming the venue as additionally insured OR proof of Liquor License by an insured Caterer.
What types of entertainment can I have?
While you are welcome to bring in a live band, DJ, duet, trio or otherwise, a large band or multi-piece entertainment company is not recommended due to the size of our space and how much space they require for set up.
Most often, event hosts opt for a DJ, single musician or to connect to our bluetooth sound system.
How late can my event be held?
All events must end by 10pm.
Vendors are allowed to tear down and exit between 10pm and 11pm. All music will be cut off by 10pm - no exceptions.
Do you offer parking?
2 parking spaces are given complimentary to the event host in the lot adjacent to our building. These may be used for vendor parking or the host/guest of honor.
Free street parking is available on Western Avenue and Fulton Street just right out our front door!
what insurance is required by the venue?
Event Insurance including host liquor liability naming Wedicity, LLC D.B.A The Fulton West as additionally insured is required. Click HERE for an instant quote of coverage.
